Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after you receive your item to ask for a return or replacement.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from swasthikaorganics.com.

If we accept your return, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. We won’t accept items sent back without prior approval.

If there are any damages or issues with your order, please check it as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately. Let us know if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong one. We’ll assess the problem and make it right.

To process a replacement for a damaged item, please email us at swasthikaorganics@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include photos of the damaged item with its original packaging and your order ID. It’ll take us 2 business days to approve your damage claim.

Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement within 1 business day. Please make sure to provide all necessary information within the given time, as we may not be able to approve your claim otherwise.
